The team roping duo Garrett Tonozzi and Joe Mattern found themselves championing for the second straight time at a WCRA major after topping Luke Brown and Paul Eaves no-time with a 12.55 time. The team, Tonozzi and Mattern, walked away with $62,500 each. Bringing their WCRA win total to more than $135,000 each since November 2018.
 
Sisters Shelby and Makayla Boisjoli made it a family affair in the final round where Shelby beat older sister Makayla after running a 2.88 second time compared to Makayla’s 8.77 seconds.
 
Bareback riders Clayton Biglow and Seth Hardwick faced each other in the showdown round where Hardwick bested Biglow’s 91-point score with 92 points on top of J Bar J’s stock, All Pink. The Wyoming Cowboy went home with a $50,000 check.
 
After earning the number two spot at the WCRA Windy City Roundup (January 2019), steer wrestler Stockton Graves met Tory Johnson in the final round at the Titletown Stampede, where he ran a 3.65 to best Johnson and win $62,500 after Johnson’s no-time.

Michelle Darling rode in the Resch Center arena after Sabra O’Quinn received a five second penalty (18.489 total time), knowing that all she needed to do was not knock down a barrel. Darling shattered the competition running a performance best 13.368 time and earning a $50,000 paycheck.
 
Louisiana’s Cody DeMoss defeated Shorty Garrett in saddle bronc after earning 90.5-points, to rout Garrett’s 85-point score. Demoss won $50,000.

Number three world ranked bull rider Joao Ricardo Viera of Texas secured $74,777. Viera scored 87.5 points in the short-go over Jesse Petri’s buck-off.
 
After a no-time for Cory Solomon and Tanner Green in tie-down, both athletes walked away with $12,500 (short go). The payout from the Titletown Stampede will carry forward to the next WCRA owned major.
Since launching in May of 2018, the WCRA and its partners have awarded more than $4,565,000 in new money to rodeo athletes.
On Sunday, June 2 fans will be able to tune into the Titletown Stampede Showdown Round on a CBS network broadcast at 1:30-2:30 P.M. ET
