Highscore of all the Austrian Futurities so far: 229 (Gennaro Lendi)
The AustrianRHA Futurity, which was first organized in 2007, is one of  Europe’s premier reining shows and among the top 20 NRHA events worldwide. The most successful Open competitors so far are Dennis Schulz and Rudi Kronsteiner, who claimed the prestigious title six times each. The most successful Nons Pros are Ewald Rifeser, Carlo Ambrosini and Andrea Iannetta. Each of the won the Futurity Championship three times. The top score of all the Austrian Futuries so far is 229 – it was achieved by Gennaro Lendi and Anja Deutzmann’s Gunwork (I Am Shotgunner x Its Another Footwork) in 2012. Last year, Gennaro was Co-Champion 4-year-old horses L4 Open aboard Colonels Dancing Gun, together with Dominik Reminder and Call Me Mr Voodoo.

The Futurity is open to all 3- and 4-year-old horses. 3- and 4-year-old horses can be shown either on Snaffle Bit / Hackamore or one handed on Bit. Bits may be changed between go round and final. All horses may be shown only either in Open or in Non Pro (a maximum of 3 starts per horse) The show is part of the Austrian Western Star Circuit and a qualifier for the NRHA European Affiliate Championship. 

The next deadlines::
Second deadline for entries:      July 22, 2019 (plus 50 % Late Entry Fee)
Third deadline for entries:         August 20, 2019, 12 o’clock noon (plus 100% Late Entry Fee)
