June 27, 2019

Though it will all be about reining, the sun shines bright on the upcoming CS Ranch summer. The beautiful ranch situated in Givrins, Switzerland, is not only the home of champions; it is where champions are made!

This year the much anticipated and prestigious SVAG FEI Reining European Championships for Seniors and SVAG FEI Reining World Championships for Juniors and Young Riders are proudly hosted by CS Ranch where, on July 11-13, the World’s Reining Elite will once again be welcomed.

The week prior to the event that will determine who will slide to the highest step of the podium in team and individual competition where athletes will be vying for the FEI medals, the renowned SVAG CS Classic will add excitement to yet another CS Ranch Summer of Reining. Run on July 2-6, the Classic offers a full-slate of National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) approved classes, including the €7.000-added Open, €6.000-added Non Pro as well as the €4.000-added Intermediate Open and €3.000-added Intermediate Non Pro. Once again the SVAG CS Classic will be a key player in determining the final NRHA World standings. Highlighting the event are the Swiss Championship Open, Non Pro and Youth Finals. The entry deadline is June 10 and a €30 fee will be charged in case of late entry.

“We are happy to announce that the NRHA Open and Non Pro classes along with the finals of the Swiss Championships have attracted a higher number of participants than we anticipated adding excitement to our 2019 summer,” said Show Manager, Eric Obrecht. “Owner Corinna Schumacher is constantly striving for CS Ranch to remain the best environment for reining horses and, along with our team, looks forward to welcoming horses, riders and spectators to the Ranch. As always, admission is free.”

The CS Ranch is the biggest and most modern private reining facility in Switzerland, ideally situated and equipped for professional reining. The roofed horse-riding arena measures 95x50 meters and can accommodate over 1400 spectators. For further information visit our website:
