Each sale offers a small, select number of consignments from the most reputable breeders, trainers and owners in the horse industry.  Buyers can feel confident that all sellers have been approved and consignments have been screened and are accurately represented.

According to the founders, who both count over 25 years experience in the horse industry, the online deal is the future of globalization. “Our goal is to provide the best available information on the horses without having to go to where the horses are at,” says Ramos. “By offering good pictures, videos, thorough vet info history and X-rays that may be checked online by certified veterinarians, we can connect sellers and buyers all over the world. The project is so mobile that a potential buyer can bid directly from his phone wherever he may be.”

The cherry on the cake is that there is no cost for sellers and buyers; sellers have no hauling, stall or hotel expenses and no pass out fees and the consignment sales are open to ranches all over the world. Buyer’s costs consequently are notably lower and, as Plus Horse Sales grows, so does its credibility. Buyers return and new buyers come in as the market has expanded to Brazil, Canada, Mexico and Germany.
