Dear Friends,
Considering the worldwide health crisis and the national suspension of all sports activities, in order to protect and facilitate all our members on both national and international levels, we took the decision to move the 2020 ERCHA/NRCHA Derby and ERCHA/NRCHA Futurity to the Salone Del Cavallo Americano which was postponed and will be held on September 8-12 in Cremona, Italy. The format of both the Derby and Futurity will be class in class for the qualifiers and finals.

THE ERCHA/NRCHA AUTUMN SHOW IS A SUCCESS!

“With twice as many entries compared to last year, the 2019 edition of the ERCHA/NRHA Autumn Show is already a success!” said Otto De Fazio, vice president of the European Reined Cow Horse Association (ERCHA). Held at the Palacittà Travagliato Cavalli arena, the event open to 4- and 5-year-old horses shown two-handed in a snaffle bit or hackamore, offered three days of intense competition. The highlight was, of course, the Autumn Show along with the ancillary NRCHA approved classes, ERCHA and Regional classes and the determination of who would bring home the ERCHA year-end titles.

The idea of moving the prestigious event to Eastern Europe comes from ERCHA President, Markus Schopfer. “Central Eastern ERCHA, along with president Tomas Barta, has been actively taking part in NRCHA approved ERCHA shows held around Europe, reason why we felt we should move the Hackamore Classic to Poland in order to further promote our sport there,” said Schopfer. “The high standard of horses and riders, and the level of competition gets better every year.
